In this privacy policy it is described how FinReg collects, processes, shares and stores your personal data.
The policy applies for the personal data that you share with us when you register a user account on our webpage and when you contact us in any other way through the website or via e-mail, e.g. with a question.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The nature of the personal data that we collect and process varies depending on the nature of your contacts with us.
When you register an account on our webpage you provide relevant contact information like your name and e-mail address.
If you have a question or contact us in any other matter we collect and process the personal data provided by you. These are names and email addresses.

PURPOSE WITH AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data for different purposes depending on the nature of your contacts with us.
If you are in contact with us as an account holder we process your personal data with the purpose of administering your user account, give information and marketing regarding the services of FinReg and/or our partners via e-mail, eventual other treatment and the legal ground for our processing is to fulfil our agreement with you and/or our legitimate interest of administering your user account and develop and offer products and services.
If you are in contact with FinReg for any other reason, such as for example when asking a question or contacting us for any other purpose via e-mail or our webpage, we process your personal data in order to communicate with you and answer your question and the legal grounds for our processing is to fulfil our agreement with you and/or our legitimate interest of being able to answer your question or handle your matter.
For how long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as you have an active user account with us, or for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. A user account is considered to be no longer active if it has not been used for a period of 24 months. We may store your personal data for a longer period of time if it is required by law or necessary in order to establish, exercise or defend ourselves against a legal claim.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Your personal data may be shared with our external partners, such as for instance companies providing servers or systems, software development and support.
WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
FinRegs processing of your personal data is within the EU / ESS and no transfer of data is undertaken by us outside of the said area.
Direct marketing
If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes you have a right to object, at any time, against such processing by sending an e-mail to info@eaktiebok.se. As soon as we have received your objection we will no longer process your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Your rights
You are entitled to access the personal information we are processing about you. The information is given in the form of a copy (through a register extract). If you request further copies, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee.
If the information we have regarding you is inaccurate or incomplete you can require that we correct or complete the information.
You may, under certain conditions, be deleted (“to be forgotten”), ie. to get the personal information we have about you deleted. However, we are entitled to deny redundancy in certain situations, such as if we are required by law to save the data.

You are usually entitled to use the above rights free of charge. FinReg will respond to the request without unnecessary delay and usually within one (1) month of receipt of the request. However, if the request is unreasonable or unfounded, eAktieBook is entitled to charge a reasonable fee or choose not to meet your request. In addition, eAktiebook may request additional information to strengthen your identity.
FinReg as data Processor
FinReg is data controller for the personal data set out in this policy. There are however situations when FinReg is not the data controller, but merely a data processor acting on behalf of another data controller. When FinReg acts as data processor, the company processes personal data on behalf of a third party, i.e. the data controller, and FinReg is then bound by the instructions given by the data controller. In these situations, FinReg cannot guarantee that processing is made in accordance with this privacy policy. FinReg will however always ensure that processing of personal data is made in accordance with applicable law.
FinReg as a personal information officer
FinReg is data controller for the personal data set out in this policy.
